Our experience with McAffee was that it was impossible to communicate with their help department, nobody understands because they are based in another country where English isn't first language. It also took us to hunt what seemed like to the end of earth to actually find a help contact number and get through to a human. And when we did, we found the help snooping around our computer screen when we were sharing our screen, and asked him to wait whilst we went to find a document.
Norton has been a breath of fresh air. Their staff (whatever nationality) are great. We trust Norton. The Norton app is easy to install and manage.
